Before you call.

We work with families whose total investable assets are typically $1M and above. Exceptions are made for clients in transition — sale of a business, inheritance, or a meaningful liquidity event in the next 12 months.
Fee-only. A single asset-based fee covers planning, investment management, and ongoing advice. We accept no commissions, referral fees, or third-party compensation. Your specific fees are set out in your investment management agreement. Our general advisory fee structure is described in our Form ADV Part 2A.
All client assets are custodied at Charles Schwab. We never take possession of client funds. Schwab provides independent statements, online access, and regulatory protections.
Most clients meet formally twice a year — typically in spring after tax season, and in fall before year-end planning. Ad-hoc calls and emails are unlimited and never billed.

Yes. While our office is in Richmond, we serve clients across the United States. Most meetings happen by video; we travel to clients when the conversation calls for it.
